Custom / Personalized Products

Damaged / Defective

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days of the returned item(s).

* 10% restocking fee may be applied on returns. Damaged or Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping to STL, if required.
